Law № 230 1996. "the possibility for foreigners of the acquisition of apartments, buildings, land in Egypt" the parliament of Egypt made a decision by this law: Article 1. In accordance with the law № 230 from 1989 "about the investments" the foreigners have the capability of acquisition in A.R.E. if they are private individuals either representatives of companies, apartments, buildings, or sections of the land. According to this law the foreigners have all guarantees to this property. This is actual with respect to the buildings and lands, which do not fall under the law № of 1939 (land of agricultural regions).
